BGC is an employee-owned company with a flat management structure. All of BGC works together as one team, with no profit centers or technical divisions. This ‘One Team’ approach gives every client access to all of BGC’s resources, and allows the best team of professional and support staff to be assembled for each and every project, regardless of the project location. Every year BGC looks for talented, motivated individuals to fill the roles of Junior or Summer Intern Engineers and Geoscientists, and Technicians. We begin recruiting for summer positions each December and ask that all candidates apply through our online portal by January 20, 2019. Our application review process begins in January, and we attempt to make hiring decisions and respond to all candidates by the end of March with a decision on their application.

Positions are typically based out of a BGC office in Vancouver, Kamloops, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Halifax, Fredericton, Denver, or Santiago. Assignments may involve fieldwork situated throughout North America and the world.
