BGC is an employee-owned company with a flat management structure. All of BGC works together as one team, with no profit centers or technical divisions. This ‘One Team’ approach gives every client access to all of BGC’s resources, and allows the best team of professional and support staff to be assembled for each and every project, regardless of the project location. To BGCers, the ‘One Team’ approach provides opportunities to work on a wide variety of projects with diverse and highly-skilled teams, and fosters an environment of mentorship and constant learning.
We are of sufficient size to offer a full range of services, while maintaining close partnerships between our senior consultants and our clients, and close connections across all levels of staff. We pride ourselves on client satisfaction, and make every effort to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.

Our application portal for Junior and Summer Intern Opportunities has now closed.
